Kia Tigers extend their unbeaten streak to eight games with a thrilling come-from-behind win over SSG.

The KIA Tigers pulled off a thrilling come-from-behind 8-6 victory over SSG today at Landers Field in Incheon.

The game was a back-and-forth affair from the start.

바카라사이트In the top of the first inning, No. 4 hitter Choi Hyung-woo opened the scoring with a two-RBI single on a bases-loaded walk and a wild pitch by opposing starter Oh Won-seok.

However, KIA starter Lee Yi-ri, returning after ten days from shoulder inflammation, promptly gave up a leadoff home run to Choo Shin-soo in the bottom of the first.

KIA extended its lead to three runs in the second inning with a two-run homer by Hwang Dae-in following a leadoff single by Kim Sun-bin, but gave up a tying three-run homer to SSG Cho Hyung-woo shortly afterward, tying the game at 4-4.

KIA took the lead again in the fifth inning with a double by Park Chan-ho and a RBI single by Kim Do-young to make it 5-4, but in the bottom of the fifth, Park Jun-pyo gave up a two-run homer to Choi Jung to make it a one-run game.

It was in the eighth inning that the back-and-forth game was decided.

Trailing 5-6, KIA put runners on first and second in the top of the eighth with singles by Kim Sun-bin and Hwang Dae-in, and then back-to-back hits by Kim Tae-gun and pinch-hitter Ko Jong-wook made it 7-6.

Then, in the ninth, Kim Do-hyung hit his third wedge solo home run of the season to celebrate his eighth straight win.

Riding a winning streak into the top half of the standings, KIA will look to make it nine in a row next Tuesday against Dusan in Jamsil.
